• Are dogs allowed?
Yes, as long as they're well behaved, absolutely.

• Are there toilet/shower facilities?
There are two showers on the site and generous toilet facilities - a mix of portaloos and plumbed in.

• Is electric hook-up available?
There is no electricity available on our standard pitches. We do have a very limited number of VIP pitches however which come with all sorts of bonus features – including electric hook-up. More info on pitches can be found on the purchase tickets page. NOTE: VIP pitches are now sold out.

• Can we hire a tent to stay in?
You certainly can – we have a number of gorgeous bell-tents available to hire. Full details and prices can be found here

• I don’t have a glawning/campervan, can I still come to Glampfest?
Absolutely! Bring a tent or hire a lovely Bell Tent which will be all set up for you when you arrive. (Details here)

• Are open fires allowed?
Open fires can be lit in fire pits supplied by the site. Or, of course, you can use your glawningGLOW woodburning stove.

• Is there a fresh water supply?
Yes.

• Where are the nearest shops to the campsite?
The small village of Kirkby Malzeard is a five minute walk from the campsite – you will find Kirby Stores which sells groceries, newspapers, booze and other general supplies, a post office, a butchers, an ‘antiques, arts and curios’ shop and a Fish and Chip shop.

• Are there any pubs nearby?
The Queen’s Head is the village pub of Kirkby Malzeard. Open daily from 12 noon to midnight.

• Are there medical facilities on site?
Yes, we have dedicated first aid professional on site throughout the festival. Speak to any member of staff if you are in need of assistance.

• Are there cash points nearby?
There is no cash machine in Kirkby Malzeard – nearest facilities can be found in Ripon, Masham or Pateley Bridge.

• How much money goes to charity?
Glampfest is an independent, not for profit company. Any money made from the event will be either retained within the company to make next years event even better or donated to charity. After the event has finished we will confirm how much money has been paid to charity.

• I’ve lost/misplaced my ticket confirmation email
Don’t worry – we’ll have a record of your booking and will be able to look you up on our system when you arrive.

• What time do the gates open?
Gates open at 12pm on Friday 18th May.

• What is the latest time I can arrive?
As long as you're there before it gets too dark there should be someone around to show you where to go.
