• Are dogs allowed?
Yes, as long as they're well behaved, absolutely, however they MUST be kept on a lead at all times.

• Are there toilet/shower facilities?
There are porta-showers on the site and generous portaloo facilities.

• Is electric hook-up available?
There is no electricity available on our standard pitches. We do have a very limited number of VIP pitches including electric hook-up available to book on the Tickets page under Add-ons

• Can we hire a tent to stay in?
You certainly can – gorgeous fully furnished bell-tents to be exact.  Just drop us a line for full details and prices at andy@tipiornottipi.com

• I don’t have a glawning/campervan, can I still come to Glampfest?
Absolutely! We welcome all!

• Are open fires allowed?
Open fires can be lit in fire pits off the ground if you bring one with you. Or, woodburning stoves that are off the ground and flued out of your tent/glawning safely are also allowed.

• Is there a fresh water supply?
Yes.

• Where are the nearest shops to the campsite?
Knaresborough has everything covered!

• Are there medical facilities on site?
Yes, we have dedicated first aid professionals on site throughout the festival. Speak to any member of staff if you are in need of assistance. Radio assistance available. 

• Are there cash points nearby?
The nearest facilities can be found in Knaresborough

• How much money goes to charity?
Glampfest is a festival passionate about raising money for chosen charities. There will be a number of opportunities for you to donate to these charities throughout the weekend, including a tombola.  After the event has finished we will confirm how much money has been raised for the charity.

• I’ve lost/misplaced my ticket confirmation email
Don’t worry – we’ll have a record of your booking and will be able to look you up on our system when you arrive.  If you can email us beforehand however we can resend you tickets and this will save time

• What time do the gates open?
Gates open at 12pm on Friday.

• What is the latest time I can arrive?
As long as you're there before it gets too dark there should be someone around to show you where to go.

What is your refunds policy?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on tickets but you are welcome to resell them on facebook and we will help share your post.

Can I come for the day?

We have capped day tickets to try and get more campers on board.  Get in touch if camping is not possible for you.
