WELCOME TO YORKSHIRE'S PREMIER FAMILY GLAMPING FESTIVAL
Our next festival promises to bring us all together again admiring beautiful campervans, enjoying performances from some excellent hand-picked acoustic artists, bands and DJ’s, and kicking off the camping season with a weekend to remember.
Come along and get involved in lots of fun activities as Glampfest 2025 sees the return of our dedicated Sports Zone, Zen Zone, Acoustic Lounge, Luxury Glamping Village, a delicious variety of food and drink vendors, forest school, storyteller, yoga, massage, crafts, face painting, PE sessions, silent disco, drum workshops, main stage bands, dog show, stalls of hand-crafted products, and lots of stunning camping setups to ogle. We also have some new additions for the mix...watch this space! Every year it gets better.

TICKETS
Once purchased, tickets are emailed directly to your email address. You can buy your tickets here. If you have not received your tickets or cannot find them please contact us.
WHAT ARE THE FACILITIES ON SITE
Portaloos and accessible portaloos will be dotted throughout the site and serviced at regular intervals plus a 6bay shower trailer. Water taps can be found on site. Logs and merch also on sale onsite at the Info Tent.
WHAT CAN I CAMP IN?
Everyone is welcome, including vans, caravans, tents and motor homes. All awnings are welcome. Too posh to pitch? Look at our Glamping Village options to get it all set up for you! Hook-ups are only available in the electric hook-up areas and you must have a hook-up pitch to access electric hook-ups. Book EHU early to avoid disappointment as it always sells out. For extremely large live-in vehicles please drop us a message.
WHAT IS MY CAMPSITE PITCH LIKE?
Just pick a spot and pitch up. 10x10m pitch size. Please leave access roads clear and respect taped off areas. Quiet Camping Area available.
ARE WE ALLOWED FIRES AND BBQ’S?
No open fires. Fire pits are allowed but please make sure it is contained and under control at all times. Strictly no disposable BBQs. They are a fire hazard and damage the grass.
WHAT TIME CAN WE PLAY MUSIC TILL?
Please be respectful of other campers with no noise after midnight at your camp pitch.
FOOD & DRINK
We’ll have a fantastic range of street food available in the main arena. We will have an onsite bar or two with a great choice of lagers, wines and ales to choose from. Campers may bring their own food and drink into the campsite, but not into the main arena. Day visitors are not allowed to bring any form of drink on site. Please note this is a glass free event so no glass is permitted in the festival.
Your own alcohol may not be consumed in the designated entertainment area due to licensing restrictions.
SECURITY
The site is under 24 hour security by a fully trained team including CCTV.
PARKING
If you have weekend tickets you can park next to your set up. For day visitors you can park in the parking area at the top of the field. You cannot sleep in your vehicle in the car park overnight.
ARE DOGS ALLOWED?
Yes, it's the perfect location for your furry friends! Don't forget to enter the Dog Show on Saturday.

Thursday Access: From 3pm (Arrival by 9pm)
Friday Access: From 12 noon (Arrival by 9pm)
Saturday access: From 9am (Arrival by 9pm)
Sunday access: From 9am (Arrival by 9pm)

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
No refund policy on all ticket types. In the event that we need to cancel the event all tickets will be transferred to a new date.
