GLAMPFEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Before the Event

1.1 All tickets are non-refundable.

1.2 In the unlikely event that Glampfest is cancelled, ticket holders will be contacted with details of the options available to them.

1.3 Discount codes are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may expire without notice. Expired discount codes cannot be reinstated or honoured.

1.4 Please keep your tickets safe and secure. Once a ticket has been scanned, it becomes void. Entry will only be granted to the holder of the first valid scan.

1.5 Line-ups, attractions, activities, and event schedules are subject to change without notice.

2. During the Event

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, the following rules apply:

2.1 Dog Policy - For the safety of festival attendees and livestock in neighbouring fields, all dogs must be kept under control and on a lead when on the festival site, including in the camping area. For additional safety and comfort of attendees, there will be certain areas within the festival site where it is prohibited to take dogs. These areas include all children’s activity areas, the forest school area and the wellness tent. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list and all areas where dogs are prohibited will be indicated with signage at the event. We reserve the right to ask any pet owner to leave the premises if their dog's behavior compromises the safety, comfort, or well-being of our guests or staff.

2.2 Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21 or over.

2.3 Glampfest operates a strict no glass policy.

2.4 Day visitors are not permitted to bring alcohol onto the festival site.

2.5 Family Camping: Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

2.6 Main Camping: Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM.

2.7 No open fires are permitted anywhere on site.

2.8 No vehicle movement is permitted after 10:00 PM unless authorised by event staff.

2.9 Please use the bins provided for all waste and dispose of litter responsibly. Where possible, we encourage attendees to take recyclable materials home.

2.10 These rules are in place to create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all attendees. Anyone found to be in breach of these terms may be removed from the festival site.
